    Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the song has been created. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

  2. Order Changes
    If you feel you have made any mistake in filling the form and want to change any information, you must inform us before your order is being processed via our support email or chat. Once your order is under processing, no changes can be accommodated.

  3. No Cancellations
    Cancellations are not permitted once the customization process has begun. However, we offer one revision in lyrics or composition if requested within 24 hours after the song delivery. This revision is free of charge.

  4. Quality Issues
    If you believe there is an issue with the quality of the audio or video, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and, if necessary, offer one revision to correct any technical problems.
